Programme Pillars
01 — Primary Care

Primary Health Interventions

Trained Community Health Workers conduct targeted household visits to bring essential services — family planning, adolescent health, and nutrition counselling — directly to families who need them most. We focus on increasing skilled birth attendance, building health literacy, and encouraging timely care-seeking behaviour across all age groups.

02 — Reproductive & Child Health

RMNCAH-N Services

RMNCAH-N sits at the core of our integrated service delivery — spanning Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health and Nutrition. We support both facility-based and community platforms, improving access to modern family planning, maternal checkups, nutritional support, and adolescent-friendly care throughout Tanzania.

03 — Mental Health

Mental Health & Community Well-being

We treat mental health as inseparable from physical health. Our psychosocial support services are embedded within community wellness programmes, offering structured counselling, peer support networks, and stigma-reduction initiatives. Lasting community resilience requires care for the whole person — body and mind alike.

04 — Government Partnership

Partnership with MoH & Local Governance

Every programme runs in full alignment with Tanzania's Ministry of Health and local governance structures. We adopt national clinical guidelines, standardised reporting tools, and government-approved protocols — ensuring our work strengthens the public health system rather than duplicates it. Community Health Workers serve as the trusted bridge between households and formal facilities.
